Our INB Barre Core Conditioning Class consists of one hour and fifteen minutes focused on strengthening your glutes, quads, inner and outer thighs, abdominals and lower back, as well as many other muscles in your body. This is accomplished through traditional ballet barre exercises, intense floor work for the core, and a ballet and yoga relaxation and stretch phase. Each class incorporates slightly different exercises, so the body never quite adapts, but instead continues to be challenged.

New Years Day barre class - Now full!

So we know that you have goals, maybe resolutions, for the new year, and we know that they often may include fitness goals, so what's up with the gyms being closed on New Year's Day?
So, we are offering a complimentary class on New Year's morning, at 10 am. Yes, that means FREE, how's that to start off your "saving money" goals? The class will be a little more laid back than usual, not quite as much barre work, and about half the core work, with the extra time being spent in the stretch/yoga phase of class. What a fabulous way to begin the first day of the new year!
