Good morning! I can't think of a better way to begin the day than with a fun group of welcoming women, ready to hit the barre together! Our 5:45 - 7:00 a.m. class begins with a barre warm up, traditional ballet exercises such as developes, grande battements, rond de jambe, eleves and more, will get your legs stretching, extending, lifting and working themselves into sleek strong shape.
