Our INB Barre Core Conditioning Class consists of one hour and fifteen minutes focused on strengthening your glutes, quads, inner and outer thighs, abdominals and lower back, as well as many other muscles in your body. This is accomplished through traditional ballet barre exercises, intense floor work for the core, and a ballet and yoga relaxation and stretch phase. Each class incorporates slightly different exercises, so the body never quite adapts, but instead continues to be challenged.

New session info -
Ballet Core Conditioning Class…:)
Our new 8 week session will begin on Jan. 20, running Mon., Tues., Thurs. and Fri. at 5:45 a.m. Registration will be accepted on a first come served first served basis. Once a class fills, no more registrations will be accepted for that class, and new registrations are accepted for classes with openings only. So, if you are set on a certain day, please get your registration in ASAP so you are certain to nab that day...)
Cost of 8 week session
75.00 for 1 day per week, (choose 1 specific day) = approximately 9.00 per class
100.00 for 2 days (choose & sign up for 2 specific days) = approximately 6.00 per class
125.00 for 3 days, (choose & sign up for 3 specific days) + approximately 5.00 per class
150.00 for all 4 days, (choose & sign up for 4 specific days) = approximately 4.00 per class
The way registration works is as follows: You choose the days that you want to attend, and you only attend those days. If you miss a class, you forfeit that class, we are not able to offer make up classes on other days, as those classes are most likely full, and we do not have enough balls, mats, or barre space for make ups. The reason we offer such a discount for those paying for the session, is that your place is saved for you, and even if you miss a class here or there, you still pay less than the individual class fee of $12.
To register, please fill out the brief registration form and waiver, and return to the studio, the waiver is required for participation. Thank you!

New Years Day barre class - Now full!

So we know that you have goals, maybe resolutions, for the new year, and we know that they often may include fitness goals, so what's up with the gyms being closed on New Year's Day?
So, we are offering a complimentary class on New Year's morning, at 10 am. Yes, that means FREE, how's that to start off your "saving money" goals? The class will be a little more laid back than usual, not quite as much barre work, and about half the core work, with the extra time being spent in the stretch/yoga phase of class. What a fabulous way to begin the first day of the new year!

Good morning! I can't think of a better way to begin the day than with a fun group of welcoming women, ready to hit the barre together! Our 5:45 - 7:00 a.m. class begins with a barre warm up, traditional ballet exercises such as developes, grande battements, rond de jambe, eleves and more, will get your legs stretching, extending, lifting and working themselves into sleek strong shape.
